Maintenance Monday was built to celebrate a side of golf that often goes unnoticed. For grounds crews - and many throughout the golf industry - Monday is maintenance day. No golfers allowed. The course is quiet. Crews are preparing it for the week ahead: mowing fairways obsessing over the details most golfers never notice.

After beginning a corporate career in 2019, founder Zach Erickson found his way back to the golf world in 2024 with a renewed appreciation for the game and the people who make it possible. What began as a creative outlet has since grown into a community dedicated to celebrating the work behind every great round - and the pride, craftsmanship, and passion that exist long before the first tee time.
